As a customer service representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers to understand their needs and reputed company solutions to their gardening challenges. A Day in the Life

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Answering customer calls and emails in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Providing solutions to customer inquiries and issues, using your knowledge of gardening products and services
• Working closely with reputed company of experts to resolve reputed company customer issues
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Participating in ongoing training and coaching to improve your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a remote environment

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong knowledge of gardening products and services
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes
• High-speed internet and a quiet, private workspace

Training and Coaching

* reputed company training days are mandatory

• Training is Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm EST, with additional training in subsequent weeks
• Upon hiring, you must reputed company to your training week
• Allowances will be made to changes in training week in extenuating circumstances
• After the first week of training, you will be audited by our trainer to ensure you are successful in your new role
• Follow-up training will be provided to cover more in-depth topics once you have a handle on your daily reputed company

Schedule

* Full-time shifts available 8:45am-5pm Eastern or 11am-7pm Eastern, Saturdays and Sundays 8:45am-5pm Eastern

• We are reputed company Monday-Saturday for most of the season, 7 days/week during our peak weeks from late March-early May
• This position will be required to work one weekend day
• Overtime is typically available for most of the season
• During peak season (late March-early May), staff will be required to work a minimum of 10 hours of overtime per week

Compensation and Benefits
