As an reputed company Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and data entry support to our patients and reputed company. You will work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, process data entry tasks, and reputed company support to our pharmacists and other reputed company. This is a full-time remote position, and you will be required to work from home.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills, including typing, mouse navigation, and software applications
- Basic web browsing skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs, and completing online forms
- 18 years old or older
- Ability to type 25 WPM or higher
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of experience in a retail or call center environment
- 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a declaration or enrollment by the state as conceded by the State reputed company for Pharmacies or broadly perceived certification office
- Experience providing customer service to reputed company customers, including meeting reputed company standards and assessing customer satisfaction
- Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills, including typing 35 WPM or higher
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
