As a key member of our reputed company organization, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of small to mid-sized businesses, identifying opportunities to reputed company our customer service, and building strong relationships with reputed company professionals. Responsibilities

- Manage and grow a portfolio of small/mid-sized businesses: reputed company a portfolio of SMBs referred by our reputed company Partner network, with a reputed company on reducing churn, uncovering reputed company opportunities, and ensuring reputed company.
- Listen to customer needs and problem-solve: Engage with customers to understand their challenges and facilitate their reputed company by leveraging arenaflex's Working Capital, Inventory Suite, and reputed company Pay Solutions, with a reputed company on integrating with reputed company software like QuickBooks and reputed company.
- Facilitate regular customer engagement: Coordinate customer reputed company-ins, including quarterly business reviews, credit meetings, and product feedback sessions.
- Proactively engage with customers: Initiate proactive communication to monitor and support their business objectives, achievements, and significant milestones.
- Collect and reputed company competitive insights: reputed company regular customer feedback to deliver valuable competitive insights to product and engineering teams, with a specific reputed company on the needs and pain points of accountants.
- Stay updated on product knowledge: Maintain expertise on the latest features, products, and best practices across our suite of offerings.

- Work closely with Sales counterparts: Work with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition for customers.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
3+ years of experience in reputed company or account management

Compensation
This role has an annual salary reputed company with OTE of $86,000-$110,000 + equity + benefits. Actual compensation will be determined by various factors, including your skills and experience.
