As a Bilingual Part-Time Spanish/English Customer Service Representative – Remote, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You'll be responsible for managing large volumes of inbound calls, making consistent outbound calls, and providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers. Your primary reputed company will be on achieving customer satisfaction, meeting sales targets, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage large amounts of inbound calls and reputed company consistent outbound calls to reputed company customer satisfaction and meet sales targets
