Position reputed company: reputed company Marine Pro is seeking four Seasonal Pro Customer Care Representative to service Pro Customers. The Customer Care Representative is a proactive and results-driven individual. This role is essential to delivering outstanding customer service while also identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities. Primary Responsibilities: Customer Interaction and Sales
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a reputed company and high-reputed company customer experience through reputed company sales interactions.
- reputed company customer orders, answer customer’s inquiries, and reputed company accurate information about products and services.
- Coordinates sales efforts with marketing programs; promotes product/company focuses.

- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

- 3+ years Customer service experience
- Proficient knowledge of marine products and/or the marine industry required.
Additional skills/knowledge required include:
- Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills
