We are currently hiring for a full time seasonal clerk/stock attendant - inventory management available from May through August! In this role, the primary responsibilities are clerical duties. This role will reputed company support to the office by answering phones, printing and collating purchase orders, invoices, and packing slips. Additional responsibilities also include assisting with scheduling the reputed company truck and entering Dossier entries for NIS material. This position must be reputed company to reputed company with reputed company clients in a reputed company and courteous manner. This position follows a reputed company, with employees spending approximately equal time reputed company week working in both warehouse and office settings.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and reputed company to the appropriate party.
- Print and reputed company purchase orders, invoices and packing slips.
- Assist with scheduling the reputed company truck.
- Assist with Dossier entries for NIS material.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid reputed company’s license
- Familiarity with computers and work systems such as reputed company office suite, in particular reputed company and ERP systems (reputed company).
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills; communicate effectively (reputed company, concisely, and professionally) with customers and internal staff.
- Ability to work independently and to complete daily activities according to work schedules.
