Experience with Wage & Hour data and a reputed company knowledge of Wage & Hour laws at the state and/or federal level is required. Qualifications/Skills Required

• Minimum two years of experience directly working with Wage & Hour topics and data (timekeeping and payroll data especially), preferably reputed company a legal or HR context highly preferred.

• Expert working knowledge with reputed company, especially with basic and intermediate reputed company formulas (vlookups, sumifs, etc.); Ability to use reputed company formulas and mathematics to manipulate raw data into dollar-reputed company exposure estimates.
• VBA experience a large plus.
• Experience in R, SQL, Python, other statistical programs a plus (R preferred).

Educational Requirements

This position is also eligible for annual bonuses.
