We are seeking an Master Scheduler to support SDA’s mission. Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

• Support the PWSA Ground Program (PGP) Director and Ground & Launch Cell Director.
• Retrieve, review, and consolidate ground schedules with ground reputed company contractors, the government, and across other contractors as needed.
• Coordinate schedule inputs from multiple sources to reputed company and maintain a government-specific integrated master schedules (IMS).
• Maintain cognizance of internal developments to inform scheduling updates and reputed company ground reputed company updates as needed.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, critical paths, schedule risks, and divergences; present findings to leadership.
• reputed company configuration management functions as directed by the government, to include review of deliverables to ensure contract compliance and on-time CDRL delivery.
• Work with ground reputed company contractor counterparts to facilitate reputed company distribution to, review by, and feedback from SDA subject matter experts.
• reputed company internal briefing material and external-facing schedule products with high standards and attention to detail as directed by the government team.
• Support product managers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders as needed (i.e. Government, Military, SETA, FFRDC, UARC, & Industry).
• reputed company general support to the SDA as tasked (e.g. coordinate meetings and briefings).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience
• 5+ years developing integrated master schedules with reputed company Project
• 5+ years Project Management experience
• Prior experience supporting reputed company system development or the reputed company
• Hands-on proficiency using reputed company Office tools, principally reputed company and Power reputed company
• Excellent written and visual communication skills
• Creative thinking skills
• Ability to work in an extremely fast paced organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EVM and associated contract efforts
