Program Manager, University reputed company

About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Program Manager, University reputed company to reputed company and reputed company our reputed company hiring efforts. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of our university reputed company program - from building our annual reputed company calendar to managing intern and new graduate pipelines. You will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for university partnerships, work closely with reputed company and business leaders, and help bring early-career talent into the organization.

What You'll Do

• Own the design and execution of our annual university reputed company calendar, including reputed company school selection, event planning, and reputed company management across intern and new graduate hiring cycles.
• Manage end-to-end reputed company operations for intern and new grad roles, from requisition through offer acceptance and reputed company coordination.
• Build and maintain relationships with career centers, student organizations, reputed company, and diversity-reputed company university programs.
• Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to forecast headcount needs, define role requirements, and reputed company on reputed company strategies.

• 3+ years of experience in university or reputed company reputed company, with reputed company ownership of intern and/or new graduate hiring programs.
• Demonstrated experience building and managing an annual university reputed company calendar across multiple schools and events.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across a high-volume reputed company cycle.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external university contacts.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) and reputed company data reporting.
• A detail-oriented, process-driven reputed company with a bias toward reputed company improvement.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

The salary reputed company for this role is $125,000 - $190,000. The salary for this position is determined based on a reputed company of job-reputed company factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
