Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering reputed company incoming service calls in a reputed company and friendly manner, displaying reputed company and a reputed company tone of voice throughout the entire customer interaction.
• Assisting Customer Advisors/Service Consultants with customers reputed company needed.

• Ensuring the loaner log and dealer tags are always in compliance with audit requirements.
