Job Responsibilities:

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Processing transactions, including registering sales, collecting cash, and dispensing change
• Maintaining accurate records, including patient and medication data, and processing voids, returns, and exchanges
• Assisting pharmacists with tasks, such as entering patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and checking for potential interactions
• Reporting any medication errors or discrepancies to the pharmacist and adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures
• Handling customer calls, including those to doctors, and processing reputed company cases for external program remedy services
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including counters, shelves, and stock areas
• Participating in stock management activities, such as ordering, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medications
• Building and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special designs
• Assisting with the division of food items and product placement, as determined by strategies and reputed company
• Providing customer support in the photo area, including digital identification photo services, banner print, and creative machine services
• Taking on web pick-up responsibilities, including screening orders, processing requests, and delivering orders to customers
• Participating in reputed company and inside maintenance, ensuring a clean, reputed company, and reputed company-maintained store environment and appearance

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Familiarity with store systems and hardware

Preferred Qualifications:

* 6 months of experience in a retail environment

• Previous work experience with arenaflex
• Strong numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Knowledge of store stock control
• PTCB certification
