As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a first-line reputed company of contact for external stakeholders interested in reporting a Spotted Lanternfly sighting and/or seeking additional information and resources. You will respond to customer inquiries, reputed company support and guidance, and refer reputed company issues to other departments or reputed company as needed. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will reputed company you to build effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and the reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain the overall operation and reputed company image of the customer-reputed company call center
- Serve as a first-line reputed company of contact for external stakeholders interested in reporting a Spotted Lanternfly sighting and/or seeking additional information and resources
- Respond to customer inquiries, reputed company support and guidance, and refer reputed company issues to other departments or reputed company as needed
- Correspond with a diverse customer reputed company by phone, video conference, email, or regular mail
- Investigate unusual situations or concerns and assist in problem reputed company

Essential Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a strong preference for bilingual or multilingual candidates
