Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types in a reputed company and courteous manner
- Utilize probing question skills to reputed company listen and resolve customer issues
- Meet or reputed company sales targets and reduce churn by managing and overcoming objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to reputed company shared goals
