Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex's Email, Chat, and Voice Support team, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customers reputed company email, chat, and phone, providing technical assistance and resolving inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
- Guiding customers through questions about arenaflex's products, systems, and processes, ensuring that they have a reputed company understanding of our offerings and services.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- 1-3 years of customer support and technical support call center experience
