We're seeking an reputed company and compassionate Call Center Representative to join our arenaflex team. As a key member of our customer service and data entry team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support to our clients. As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients reputed company phone, email, and other communication channels
- Entering patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
- Handling patient medication requests, including entering top-off orders and resolving missing information
- Investigating and resolving data entry-reputed company exceptions and discrepancies
- Communicating with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and reputed company support

Work Liabilities
As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be expected to:- Utilize our pharmacy information entry methodology and rules to process new enrollments and update patient information

Essential Capabilities
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Essential level computer skills, including basic navigation and functionality
- Essential web browsing skills, including opening a browser, searching online, and completing forms
- Basic keyboarding skills, including typing at least 25 WPM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity and reputed company standards

Favored Capabilities
While not required, we prefer candidates with:- At least one year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
- At least one and a half years of pharmacy experience with a declaration or enrollment by the state as conceded by the State reputed company for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
- Experience providing customer service to reputed company clients, including meeting reputed company standards and assessing customer satisfaction
- Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 WPM
