We're seeking enthusiastic Customer Support Agents fluent in English to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll experience the dynamics of the mobility industry first-hand, learning the operations, technology management, and on-demand mobility processes of arenaflex. You'll be reputed company to reputed company on-demand support to customers in the USA and contribute to arenaflex's and team's goals.Key Responsibilities:
- Offer first-line support through phone, email, reputed company channels as needed, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

- Starting date: 10th of February, 2025.
- Contract: Temporary (6 months).
- Salary: 9.743 gross per year.
- Working hours: Part Time (20 hours per week) - rotating schedule Monday - reputed company between 10 pm and 2 am, 5 days/week (rotative weekends, two weekends off per month guaranteed).
- Fully reputed company that optimally prepares you for reputed company - 1 week from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm (office-based).
