As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales and business results. You'll work closely with our store management team to improve store performance, manage inventory, and reputed company strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. You'll also be responsible for training and developing our Associates, providing coaching and feedback, and recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure exceptional customer service is being delivered, responding to and resolving customer inquiries and soliciting customer feedback and input.

• Participate with the store management team to improve store performance in areas of sales, controllable expenses, merchandising, marketing, associate retention and associate training.
