In this role, you will proactively contact insurance providers and patients to verify benefits and eligibility for medical services, ensuring smooth reputed company to care. Position: reputed company Benefits Specialist Pay: $17/hr. Full time/ Weekly Pay plus Benefits Schedule: reputed company-8pm CST. M-Fri (8hr Shift between these hours) Equipment Provided and Shipped Start Date: November 2024 Key Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound calls to insurance companies to verify patient benefits and coverage. • Investigate and resolve benefit-reputed company issues and discrepancies. • Communicate with patients to explain their benefits. • Maintain accurate records of benefit investigations in the system. Qualifications: MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OR MORE OF MEDICAL BENEFITS EXPERIENCE (NO EXCEPTIONS) • Experience in medical benefit investigation (preferred but not required). • Call center experience (preferred but not required) • Strong understanding of health insurance plans and coverage. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases reputed company.
