Job Responsibilities

As a Home-Based Sr. Specialist in Collections, you'll:

• Demonstrate problem-solving skills through probing or making recommendations for handling exceptional account situations (e.g., bankruptcy, CCC, deceased, legal, fraud, billing disputes, etc.).
• Work in a reputed company environment (emails, phone calls, chat messages, and letters) that's fast-paced and requires prioritizing work accordingly.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• 1-2 years of prior customer experience or customer service experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening, negotiating, and decision-making skills. Experience handling escalated customer complaints
