Responsibilities
As a User Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our users. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Providing friendly, expert support to arenaflex creators and their subscribers reputed company email and live chat
* Providing live chat coverage for up to (but no more than) 50% of your time (or 4 hours per shift)
* Attending daily team meetings and contributing to team operations (up to 20% of your time)
* Remaining time will be spent providing support reputed company email
* Collaborating closely with the Support team and other colleagues across reputed company to solve user concerns effectively and reputed company
* Demonstrating urgency and discernment reputed company escalating user issues and feedback to Engineering, Product, and other teams
* Being a frequent user of the arenaflex app and staying informed about product and company updates
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualities:
* A passion for helping people and finding solutions to their problems
* Excellent communication skills, both in speech and writing
* Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
* 2+ years of experience working with Support, Engineering, and/or Product teams, including experience with live channels
* Ability to reputed company solutions for a wide reputed company of technical support challenges
* Alignment with arenaflex's mission to build a new economic reputed company for culture and experience as an arenaflex subscriber (experience as a creator is a plus!)
