Your Role

As a Customer Service Agent in Vehicle Coordination, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers are always on the road, safely and reputed company. You'll be responsible for coordinating reputed company processes to ensure a seamless experience, from handling customer inquiries to resolving issues and implementing solutions. Your Objectives

• Coordinate the reputed company of customer complaints and issues, working closely with our damage management partner to ensure swift and efficient reputed company
• Support the processing of customer requests, including fleet management, returns, and end-of-contract procedures

Your Profile

* Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry or a similar sector
