Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling back office tickets and providing 7*24h online enquiries and email replies services to customers
- Handling customer enquiries, advices, and suggestions reputed company email or online tools
- Supporting other business reputed company with customer reputed company, accurately documenting customer requests and advices, and providing feedback in the reputed company of documentation
- Handling customer complaints, any special cases, or reputed company tasks
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A college degree or above
- Proficiency in both English and Thai
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-reputed company industry (outstanding recent graduates are also welcome to apply)
