Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in reputed company/business systems
- Deep operating experience with reputed company HCM and reputed company ERP at a high-reputed company company
- Proven reputed company record running the infrastructure for core business processes
- Experience managing the corporate systems portfolio through scaling milestones
- Strong technical reputed company in integration patterns, reputed company, iPaaS platforms, and modern identity
- reputed company record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong systems engineers and analysts in a remote/distributed team
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with finance, people, and executive leadership
