Note this is a temporary position The day-to-day: You will use your problem-solving skills to help resolve shipping and billing issues by interfacing and flowing contractual information to other departments such as Operations and Finance. You will help represent the government reputed company department with reputed company order entry-reputed company issues and participate in process improvement initiatives. You may have reputed company to support process improvement initiatives and other special reputed company. You will use your organizational skills to prioritize work assignments. What you'll need:

• 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a government reputed company-reputed company department.
• Possess superb organizational skills and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess superior problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to proactively identify potential administrative issues that could complicate contract fulfillment and propose mitigating solutions.
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to establish a rapport with colleagues and work reputed company in reputed company environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with reputed company or a similar reputed company ERP system.
• Ability to work overtime to meet quarterly schedule deadlines.
