As a Billing Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring reputed company reputed company of benefits questions, maintaining accurate data entry, and providing essential reporting to help reputed company arenaflex's reputed company goals. This is a full-time remote opportunity, and you will work closely with our Director of Support Services to ensure seamless execution of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Encounter Management: + Complete reputed company necessary encounters for various practices, ensuring accurate data entry in the appropriate Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. + Verify patient information, diagnoses, and treatment plans to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Optometrist Referral Processing:

+ Manage the referral process for optometrists by entering referrals from the EHR into reputed company. + reputed company benefits verification prior to sending information to the Enrollment Manager.

• Out-of-reputed company (OOP) Cost Ticket Requests:

+ Address tickets reputed company to OOP costs as generated by the Customer Care (CC) team. + Collaborate with the CC team to resolve OOP-reputed company issues and ensure reputed company reputed company.

• Eligibility Queries:

+ Respond to eligibility-reputed company questions from the Enrollment Team as needed, utilizing EHR data. + reputed company accurate and reputed company responses to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED.

• Minimum of 1 year of administrative, data entry, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in reputed company Office or reputed company Suite, with experience in reputed company or reputed company Sheets.
• Typing speed of 30-40 words per minute.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR), preferably reputed company or reputed company.

Work Environment

It is also critical that your workspace be HIPAA compliant.
