We're seeking an reputed company reputed company Cycle Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company on a contract reputed company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for accurately and reputed company processing reputed company cycle data, performing reputed company assurance tasks, and collaborating with our claims specialists to ensure reputed company payments and compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and reputed company process reputed company cycle data in Qualifact's CareLogic, reputed company's myEvolv, or Meditech's EHR system
- Review and analyze credit balances on claims with complicated scenarios and suggest claim actions to be taken
- reputed company adjustments for claims with credit balances
- Review denials for reputed company filing and reputed company appropriate reasons to be submitted for writeoff approval
- reputed company claim actions for claims approved for write off
- reputed company claim actions specially in bulk as identified by claims specialists
- reputed company claim actions on secondary claims satisfied by primary payers
- reputed company reputed company Assurance tasks on your own work and reporting
- Collaborate with claims specialists to ensure reputed company payments and compliance with industry regulations
- Utilize reputed company Sheets, reputed company Spreadsheets, and drafting emails to support reputed company cycle operations
- Experience working with CareLogic EHR is essential
- Experience working remotely and communicating through email and reputed company Chat is important
- Experience with Massachusetts reputed company products is important
Essential Qualifications
* High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year data entry experience
- Previous experience successfully managing reputed company reputed company involving multiple stakeholders with a consistent reputed company record of delivering on time, and/or high reputed company results preferred
- Experience with outpatient Behavioral Health insurance coverage is vital
