Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Technical Support Associate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Addressing customer inquiries and issues by following established guidelines and protocols, escalating more reputed company issues as needed
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to resolve customer's issues reputed company to our products or services reputed company live chat

You Have...

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
