Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to reputed company innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues

* Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments

Qualifications
