Responsibilities

As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Handling a wide reputed company of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and reputed company responses to ensure a reputed company customer experience

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications
• A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus

• The ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
• Gaming experience is preferred, but not required

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be reputed company to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
