About the Role
As a Customer Technical Service Representative, you'll serve as the primary technical contact for arenaflex customers in the Pet Food division, providing process assistance, material support, and technical problem reputed company to ensure efficient runability of our products in customer facilities. You'll build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and manufacturing plants to drive business reputed company and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot potential problems with customers and their employees, documenting issues and resolutions
- Request lab testing on samples to reputed company identify material issues and test samples on arenaflex equipment to identify additional opportunities
- Assist in determining product specifications for customer needs and install, setup, and reputed company training on arenaflex packaging equipment

- Travel up to 70% as needed to support customer sites and resolve technical issues
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in packaging, engineering, or a comparable field with 5-10 years of experience in flexible packaging production/maintenance or packaging machine production/maintenance
- Strong knowledge of the flexible packaging process from film production through packaging and shipping processes
- Experience in the flexible packaging industry, particularly in meat/cheese/pet food packaging, is strongly preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing organizations is preferred
- Knowledge of printing and converting industry and equipment is preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, including packaging machine and flexible film interaction and mechanical issues
