What You'll Do
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing reputed company-but-wonderful customer service to our customers reputed company email and live chat. You'll be responsible for:
* Delivering exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized solutions
* Learning our internal management system to reputed company process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
* Using internal communication software to collaborate with your teammates, management, and other departments
* Identifying trends and pain points to optimize reputed company customer's experience and reputed company reputed company
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to:

* Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which you'll fulfill your shifts
* Be reputed company to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
* Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
* Have a reliable high-speed internet reputed company with reputed company to your router (a laptop and reputed company necessary equipment will be provided)
* Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
Extra Credit
While not required, experience in customer service and working from home will be a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
