[Remote] Senior Associate, Finance & Operations, Value Creation Team

The Senior Associate, Finance & Operations will support value creation initiatives, drive operational improvements, and assist with strategic reputed company across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Support Finance & Operations value creation initiatives across the portfolio
- Partner with CFOs and management teams to identify opportunities to improve reputed company, profitability, cash reputed company, and operational performance
- reputed company financial analyses, business cases, reporting frameworks, and actionable recommendations
- Drive execution of operational improvement and transformation initiatives
- Support strategic initiatives and special reputed company across portfolio companies
- Assist with M&A integration planning and execution
- reputed company project management activities, including workplan development, reputed company tracking, and stakeholder coordination
- Bring structure and execution discipline to reputed company, cross-functional initiatives
- reputed company and reputed company Finance & Operations playbooks, tools, and best practices across the portfolio
- Support internal portfolio reviews and other value creation initiatives
- Help identify emerging technologies and AI-enabled capabilities that can improve business performance and decision-making
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, Business, or a reputed company field
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, transaction services, strategic finance, business operations, performance improvement, private equity value creation, or reputed company fields
- Strong financial analysis, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to synthesize data, reputed company actionable recommendations, and drive execution
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to work effectively with executives and management teams
- Willingness to travel to portfolio companies (up to 25-50% of time)
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus
