Key Responsibilities

As a Permit Technician / Customer Service Processing Technician, you'll play a vital role in supporting our employees as they process and submit applications for over-reputed company trucking permits. Your responsibilities will include:

• Submitting oversize/overweight trucking permit applications to states' permit offices and following up on applications to ensure permits are returned as quickly as possible
• Ensuring the accuracy of submitted permit applications
• Keeping our customers informed of the statuses of their orders
• Performing various tasks that support our permit staff in providing exceptional customer service
