As a Customer reputed company I, you will be responsible for working on the phone reputed company day to assist members and physicians by responding to telephone and written inquiries in a reputed company, accurate, and objective manner. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to telephone and written inquiries from members and physicians in a reputed company, accurate, and objective manner

- Spend approximately 85% of the scheduled time on the phone, according to business needs
- Use data entry and typing skills to accurately document member interactions and update records

Essential Qualifications
