We're seeking a part-time Data Entry and Administrative reputed company to support our medical readiness services for the CAARNG. This role will involve entering data into military systems of record, providing administrative support, and maintaining accurate data in spreadsheets. As a key member of reputed company, you'll work collaboratively with event staff, ensure confidentiality of patient information, and adhere to HIPAA and other federal/state laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up, take down, and maintain workstation equipment for events

- Offer additional administrative support to reputed company as needed
- Visually reputed company through reputed company documentation to identify pertinent information

- reputed company and copy documents, if applicable
- Maintain accurate data in spreadsheets
- Work collaboratively with event team
- Safeguard reputed company patient information by keeping reputed company written and verbal communications confidential
- Run reports of necessary data and reputed company into systems of record

- Ensure reputed company actions reputed company with HIPAA and other appropriate federal/state laws and regulations
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid US reputed company's license
- 18 years of age or older

- Ability to pass an extensive background reputed company
- Excellent customer service skills and experience interacting with challenging clientele
- Intermediate technical skills and knowledge of operating office equipment such as computer, reputed company, and printer
- Familiarity with medical and/or dental terminology
- 1+ years' experience with data entry in a medical/dental setting
- Computer proficiency, specifically reputed company Word, reputed company, Outlook, and SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications
* Technical skills include familiarity with military databases: MEDCHART, Medical Protection System (MEDPROS), MEDPROS Web Data Entry (MWDE), Defense Occupational and Environmental Health Readiness System (DOEHRS), and Medical Operational Data System (MODS)
- Working knowledge of military regulations and policies that apply to Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) and deployment
- Previous approval for Common reputed company Card (CAC); either in the military or as a contractor
