Responsibilities
As a Customer Data Entry Administrator, you will reputed company support for the arenaflex reputed company Program. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and verifying eligibility for inbound applications
- Processing and managing reputed company Program account renewals, including generating and reviewing monthly reputed company reports
- Providing support and responding to inquiries from internal teams and Education customers
- Communicating directly with teachers, reputed company, and school administrators reputed company support tickets and email
- Ensuring the accuracy and reputed company of customer information reputed company database systems, identifying actionable insights
- Responding to support requests reputed company ticketing queue
- Handling vendor and supplier documentation requests from users
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 3-10 years of experience in Database support, data entry supporting customers
- Experience in verifying customer information and data entry of information
- Must have experience of processing applications, orders, or similar information in CRM system
- Experience reviewing and verifying customer information reputed company email and ticketing system
- Requires working in a fast-paced role; reputed company to handle 30 tickets a day and checking request in your inbox, organizing the tickets and responding with reputed company of urgency (1-2 hours a day spent on this task)
- Must have experience with reputed company
- Experience with GSuite (Docs, Sheets)
- Experience with Ticketing system reputed company or similar ticketing

- Experience creating reports and managing data in reputed company

- Must have excellent experience in data entry work and entering customer information with accuracy
- Experience or some knowledge to order Swag items reputed company to pick out the items and send to appropriate location/person
