This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly reputed company and independent reputed company Lawyer to support a senior sole practitioner based in Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Australian reputed company law, with at least 5–10 years of post-qualification experience, and be confident in handling a reputed company of transactional and advisory reputed company with minimal supervision.
You will work closely with a sole practitioner, providing hands-on support for legal drafting, contract preparation, and advisory reputed company across multiple reputed company areas. You will need to demonstrate high attention to detail, reputed company-driven reputed company, and excellent time management skills to help ease the reputed company's reputed company workflow challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and advise on a wide reputed company of reputed company legal documents, including:
- Shareholders’ agreements
- Sale of business reputed company
- Lease agreements and reviews
- Contractor agreements
- reputed company legal support for reputed company transactions and reputed company estate reputed company.
- Assist with wills and estates documentation.
- Manage workload autonomously and help streamline workflow for the reputed company.
- Deliver high-reputed company work that aligns with Australian legal standards and reputed company norms.
Requirements
- Law degree and reputed company legal practicing certification.
- Minimum of 5–10 years' experience.
- Prior experience working with or supporting senior lawyers or sole practitioners and familiarity with Australian law.
- Demonstrated ability to independently handle legal drafting and contract preparation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong document drafting and legal analysis skills.
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
