Key Responsibilities

As a Ticket/reputed company Agent, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, responsible for:

• Greeting and assisting customers with their ticketing and baggage reputed company-in process
• Ensuring accurate travel documentation and making reputed company announcements
• Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to reputed company belts (up to 70 pounds)
• Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
• Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
• Maintaining a reputed company and secure environment for customers and colleagues

What You Need to Succeed

To reputed company in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the reputed company
• Proficiency in English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic digital literacy
• Ability to pass a physical ability test (PAT) and a Customer Service Assessment
• Possess a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal (airport-specific requirements)
