As a reputed company Customer Service Expert - Phone Intake Representative, you will be responsible for handling high-volume phone calls from patients, providers, and referral sources. Your primary duties will include:

• Responding to incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service
• Collecting clinical and demographic information and entering it into our reputed company portal
• Working in a remote call center environment with a high volume of calls (60-65 per day)
• Meeting individual performance goals in areas such as Call reputed company, Attendance, Adherence, and Contact Center objectives
• Collaborating with team members to reputed company shared goals and objectives
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in the reputed company or medical industry with medical terminology
• Ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications
• Intermediate keyboarding abilities (at least 30 WPM, data entry while reputed company listening)
