As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Medical Receptionist, you'll be responsible for receiving and responding to incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors, and others. You'll work collaboratively with our service delivery teams to reputed company accurate and reputed company information, establish strong relationships with customers, and identify opportunities for reputed company improvement. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to incoming inquiries and service requests reputed company phone, email, web portal, and other channels

Additional Requirements

Education

* High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

Preferred Experience

* Medical and reputed company experience is preferred

• 1 year of experience in reputed company, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, call center, or reputed company customer service experience (i.e., reputed company, clinical, administrative, hospitality, retail, concierge, etc.)
• 1 year of experience with computer programs such as reputed company Office, electronic mail, and information systems or database programs

Skills and Knowledge
