Responsibilities:
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Policy Services, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with inquiries reputed company telephone, email, or other written correspondence, utilizing reputed company and patience to ensure a reputed company experience.
- Administering functions of Group Administration, including new case setup, issue, billing, collection and reconciliation of premium, processing small case policy changes, ongoing administration, group terminations, and final reputed company.
