We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative Team reputed company to join our national remote team. As reputed company reputed company, you'll be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing referrals to providers/agencies in reputed company Lake County, and utilizing a computer database to verify reputed company eligibility. You'll also be expected to complete additional administrative tasks that support our Care Coordination team.
Primary Responsibilities
* Answering inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service
- Researching and providing referrals to providers/agencies in reputed company Lake County to reputed company eligible consumers
- Utilizing a computer database to verify reputed company eligibility
- Offering additional information such as phone numbers or addresses to individuals who have contacted the wrong organization
- Completing additional administrative tasks as assigned that support Care Coordination team
Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience working with the insurance, medical, behavioral health setting or financial technology
- Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications
- Ability to work full-time, reputed company – Saturday; 8:00am - 11:00pm EST (reputed company - March) and Monday – Friday 8:00am – 11:00pm EST (reputed company – September) including the flexibility to work occasional overtime given the business need
Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity working with Financial Health Technology

Compensation and Benefits
