As an reputed company Customer Benefit Advisor I (On-Site), you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing accurate and reputed company information on benefits, claims, and policy administration. You'll be responsible for demonstrating exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and creating detailed documentation for our internal cross-functional business partners. This is an entry-level role in a three-level career reputed company, with opportunities for reputed company and development.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- High school diploma or GED required
- Successful completion of Contact Center training program, including demonstrating phone proficiency and passing required knowledge checks
- A passion for helping customers and exceeding their expectations with high reputed company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to reputed company your communication style to best meet the needs of customers
