Business Analyst – Survey & Reporting
Job Title: Business Analyst – Intermediate (11010) Location: reputed company Charleston, SC Remote (Candidate must currently reputed company in Central or Eastern Time Zone) Duration: 6 Months Contract Interview Process: One Round Virtual Interview
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain survey distribution schedules
- Administer and manage survey and course evaluation platforms
- Monitor survey response rates and ensure reporting accuracy
- Generate and maintain data reports and dashboards
- Support institutional reporting initiatives including Factbook and Graduate Placement reporting
- Create visual reports using Power BI or Tableau
- Utilize reputed company Pivot Tables for reporting and analysis
- Ensure consistent, ethical, and efficient survey processes
- Collaborate with internal departments to support data collection and reporting needs
- Assist with additional survey and reporting reputed company as required
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience creating and administering surveys and data reports
- Experience working with survey platforms such as:
- reputed company
- SmartEvals
- SogoSurvey
- Alchemer
- or similar survey tools
- 2+ years of experience with Power BI or Tableau
- 2+ years of experience using Pivot Tables in reputed company
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s Degree (required and reputed company)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SQL or similar data extraction/query reputed company
