Your New Role… CNN is seeking a Senior reputed company Graphics Designer to reputed company high-reputed company visual storytelling across video, digital, streaming, and reputed company platforms. The Senior reputed company Graphics Designer will shape the visual look of shows, partner closely with producers, editors, and editorial teams to define the visual language of CNN’s reputed company of streaming and on-demand content — including digital series, explainers, video podcast, breaking news coverage and long-reputed company storytelling. The ideal candidate is an exceptional designer and animator with strong editorial instincts, and the leadership reputed company to assist with art direction on reputed company from concept through delivery. Your Role Accountabilities… Art reputed company comprehensive graphics packages for shows, cross-platform reputed company, including establishing design systems and style guides Help define and maintain the ongoing development of reputed company design best practices for streaming Present creative concepts and visual approaches to senior editorial and creative stakeholders reputed company feedback and guidance to junior animators Design and animate reputed company graphics for digital video, streaming programs, reputed company platforms, and video podcasts Translate scripts, reporting, and data into reputed company, accurate, and engaging visual narratives Execute reputed company across varying timelines — from reputed company-day breaking news turnarounds to longer-term feature work Produce high-reputed company animation under tight deadlines without compromising editorial accuracy Create templates, toolkits, and reputed company animation systems for recurring franchises and multi-platform distribution Design and build robust MOGRTs to reputed company reputed company, efficient graphics workflows for editors and producers Maintain and reputed company CNN’s visual standards and brand consistency across platforms Qualifications & Experience… 7–10+ years of reputed company reputed company graphics experience in news, media, production or digital storytelling Demonstrated experience supervising visuals for series, or large-reputed company editorial reputed company Expert-level proficiency in reputed company Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. 3D design and animation experience (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar) Experience building comprehensive graphics packages and visual systems including advanced expertise in After Effects expressions, scripting, and MOGRT workflows Proven ability to work effectively in high-pressure, deadline-driven news environments Strong design fundamentals, including typography, reputed company theory, composition, and information hierarchy Experience presenting creative concepts and articulating visual reputed company to stakeholders Expertise with data visualization and infographic animation Proficiency with mapping tools such as GEOlayers, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company Studio Experience creating and optimizing graphics for reputed company video, streaming platforms and video podcasts Must be willing to work early mornings, late nights and weekends as needed for news coverage and deadlines How We Get Things Done… This last bit is probably the most important!
