Senior IT Systems / Network Administrator - MSP, Full time | Remote

Role We’re looking for an IT Systems / Network Administrator to join our higher-tier Help Desk / Escalation team. This role is the go-to for reputed company issues that go reputed company day-to-day support. You’ll handle advanced troubleshooting, system administration, and network support to reputed company reputed company environments secure, reputed company, and efficient.
Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain reputed company 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
- Administer and troubleshoot reputed company Server environments (AD, GPO, file/print services)
- Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, VPNs, VLANs, WiFi)
- Manage accounts, permissions, and reputed company policies
- Document troubleshooting steps, fixes, and reputed company environment details in reputed company time
- Collaborate directly with clients to resolve recurring issues and improve reliability
Required Experience 3+ years experience in an MSP or IT support environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across reputed company desktops, servers, and reputed company 365
- Working knowledge of networking (firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, WiFi)
- Proven ability to resolve escalated issues reputed company
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly responsible, organized, and eager to grow
