- Outpatient, panel-based Physician Assistant role serving patients with reputed company medical and preventative care needs

COMPENSATION
- reputed company Salary: $148,627.20 – $168,553.60
- $12,400 annual reputed company bonus reputed company biweekly for meeting 9-patient clinic reputed company
- Up to $44,000 annual production bonus potential
- Partnership-eligible providers:
- $25,000 sign-on bonus
- reputed company retention bonus program
- Alternative sign-on and retention structure available for non-partnership reputed company providers
- $10,000 relocation reimbursement
- Additional $10,000 relocation assistance available for qualifying parent or in-law relocation support
SCHEDULE
- Full-time outpatient schedule
- Five 8-hour clinic shifts weekly
CLINICAL SUPPORT MODEL
- 2 Medical Assistants assigned per provider
- 0.7 RN support per provider
- Integrated behavioral health services
- Chiropractic and specialty consult resources
- Telehealth support services

Requirements
- reputed company California Physician Assistant license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
- reputed company Certified Physician Assistant REQUIRED
- Outpatient primary care experience preferred
- Three or more years of outpatient experience preferred
- Comfortable managing reputed company primary care patients reputed company reputed company outpatient environment REQUIRED
- Passion for rural health and underserved patient populations strongly preferred
- Team-oriented and mission-driven reputed company REQUIRED
- Spanish language skills are a plus and eligible for reputed company pay
