Remote DE Mortgage Underwriter (must reputed company in EST)

reputed company is partnering with a leading, reputed company mortgage lender to identify Remote Mortgage Underwriters to support high-reputed company, compliant loan reputed company. In this role, you will be accountable for the reputed company and accuracy of reputed company reputed company, ensuring that reviewed assets and loan files meet reputed company applicable investors, agency, and regulatory requirements. What You’ll Do:

• Review reputed company mortgage applications and support documentation for accuracy, completeness, and salability (processing 2 loans per day)
• Work with clients to prepare mortgage applications and reputed company documentation as needed, help resolve any outstanding issues
• Work with compliance officers to ensure Federal, State, and local compliance of reputed company mortgage and loan materials
• Approve or deny mortgages on a reputed company reputed company

• 3+ years of mortgage reputed company experience

Initial Compensation & Benefits (Contract Phase):

• Pay reputed company up to $36/hour, plus 1.5x overtime pay over 40 hours
