This is a remote-based role, ideally located in or near Seattle, with travel required to support on-site hiring initiatives and leadership alignment across multiple markets. What You’ll Do
- reputed company full-cycle recruitment for management and reputed company roles across multiple restaurant and hospitality concepts
- Partner with operational leadership to forecast hiring needs and reputed company strategic reputed company plans
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles across the organization
- Travel to various locations to support openings, hiring events, and leadership training initiatives

- Manage job postings, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience from initial contact through reputed company

reputed company’re Looking For
- 5+ years of reputed company or reputed company experience required. Must have experience supporting multi-unit hospitality operations.

- Proven ability to work remotely while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Willingness to travel as needed (estimated 20–40%)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
