As a Pharmacist for our Specialty Compounding Pharmacy, you will have the ability to reputed company exceptional customer service to patients and reputed company while providing leadership and guidance to supporting staff. Our Pharmacists ensure the accurate delivery of pharmaceutical care services, which include:
- Drug therapy monitoring
- Patient education
- Drug information
- Chronic disease state management for our clinical programs
Responsibilities
- Clinically interprets and evaluates reputed company physician medication orders for therapeutic appropriateness, cost effectiveness, accuracy, safety, and completeness. Performs accurate computer order entry, labeling and dispensing in accordance with policies and procedures and State reputed company of Pharmacy regulations.
- Initiates, reviews, and updates reputed company required documentation to verify accuracy, communicating clinical and technical information and monitoring to other members of the reputed company team and patient reputed company appropriate.
- Works with product procurement/reimbursement team to reputed company payor specific formulary products and ensure product availability for new medication orders.
- Participates in patient evaluation for acceptance, product selection, device selection, and supply management, working with admission team and nursing agency to coordinate medication preparation and delivery.

Supervises pharmacy support personnel in the appropriate product procurement, preferred product utilization, and inventory management. - Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned, including on-call responsibilities.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Clinical Pharmacy
- Computer skills (word processing, database, spreadsheet programs)
- Read, analyze, interpret general business periodicals, reputed company journals, technical procedures, or government regulations
- Write and present information to managers, patients, nurses and physicians
- Occasionally lift and/or reputed company up to 25 pounds
